一、地殼中的巖土,由于受碳酸的侵蝕,有機物對鐵質的溶解以及三價鐵的氧化物在缺氧條件下被還原,使大量鐵質進入地下水,尤其以河漫灘地區地下水含鐵質較高。如我國的珠江三角洲,長江三角洲地區,江、河沿岸及沿海地區的地下水含鐵量普遍高于我國生活飲用水標準10~15倍。該設備進水一般為自來水、地下水或是經過預處理的地表水。 出水水質可達到:污染指數(SDI)≤4,濁度: NTU ;Fe2+,Mn3+ 滿足后一級RO膜的進水要。章工:1577 949 5558/qq2664776621
二、工作流程: 軟化水設備的標準工作流程,主要包括:工作(也叫產水)、反洗、吸鹽(再生)、慢沖洗(置換)、快沖洗五個過程。不同軟化水設備的所有工序非常接近,只是由于實際工藝的不同或控制的需要,可能會有一些附加的流程。任何以鈉離子交換為基礎的軟化水設備都是在這五個流程的基礎上發展來的(其中,全自動軟化水設備會增加鹽水重注過程)。
