焊管模具是制造金屬直縫焊管的必要五金配件。鋼卷在焊管模具的外力作用下，在模具弧形中逐漸被迫冷軋卷曲成型，而后經(jīng)過(guò)焊接，從而得到封閉的焊管。模具可以根據(jù)客戶需求進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)，如圓形、橢圓、方形、矩形、異形等，焊管模具被廣泛應(yīng)用于裝飾類管材、工業(yè)類管、ERW焊管等管材的生產(chǎn)。
